If the item comes for return due to change of mind or size issues (definite sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return items, with an additional charge of 30 USD per product as a restocking fee.
If you want to return a product purchased from Paris World, the item is ordered with paypal, send the product back to us and paypal will credit upto USD 15$ as a return shipping cost in your account.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
According to our return policy, we do not give refunds but we will exchange the item gladly or issue store credits.
HOW CAN I CLAIM MY RETURN?
For return or exchange request, kindly login to your account and check “My Returns/Excahnges” section and select the order number and request your return. You can also escalate a return request by emailing us explaining the reason to return within 24 hours from the time the product is delivered. Our Service Manager, will revert back to you within 24 hours time. You can also return/exchange your items at our Paris World store in Surat,India.
